Our rehabilitation service is designed for people who want to go beyond temporary pain relief and achieve long-term recovery, strength and movement. Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing persistent pain, or aiming to return to sport or physical work, we provide structured, clinically-led rehabilitation that produces real progress-not quick fixes.
Rehabilitation is delivered by a qualified clinician with expertise in musculoskeletal assessment, biomechanics and progressive loading principles. Where appropriate, rehabilitation can also be informed by diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound, giving you a clearer understanding of your injury and what’s needed to move forward safely.
Rehabilitation takes place in our dedicated Rehabilitation Suite, equipped with everything required for performance-based injury recovery, including adjustable resistance, free weights, bands, power rack, and functional rehab tools.
Pain often reduces movement, and reduced movement leads to weakness, stiffness and loss of confidence. That’s why long-term recovery must be active-not just passive.
Our rehabilitation approach is:
✅ Evidence-based – built on modern load management and tissue adaptation principles
✅ Clinically reasoned – every exercise has a purpose
✅ Progressive, not random – step-by-step loading based on your tolerance and abilities
✅ Outcome-focused – built around your goals
✅ Root-cause aware – addresses why the issue started, not just the symptom
We don’t hand out generic exercise sheets. We build structured, intelligent rehab plans that progress as you do.

You’ll always know what you’re working on, why it matters, and how it fits into your long-term plan.
Rehabilitation is suitable for all fitness levels, including complete beginners.
Unlike most clinics, we can combine rehabilitation with diagnostic ultrasound, if required and relevant. This allows us to:
This integration ensures that your rehab is built on both clinical assessment and imaging clarity when needed.

Not at all. Rehab isn’t about how much you can lift - it’s about rebuilding strength, control and confidence at your own pace. We often start with light resistance or bodyweight exercises and only add load when it’s safe and helpful for your progress.
Not always. Many people can begin rehab safely without imaging. If your case needs clarification, we can provide diagnostic ultrasound first.
Some exercises may feel challenging, but rehab should build confidence, not fear. Everything is paced according to your ability.
That depends on your goal and injury, but most people feel meaningful progress within 2–6 weeks with consistency.
We follow the same evidence-based loading principles used in modern sports medicine and clinical rehabilitation, but our approach is diagnosis-led and strength focused.
